How it Works
BrotherFrancis.tv is an online portal to provide digital streaming of Brother Francis episodes. There are options to rent or buy each episode from vimeo.com.
BrotherFrancis.tv is using vimeo.com as it’s video-on-demand platform, therefore it is necessary to create an account with vimeo.com. This includes benefits such as accessing your purchases and rentals with the vimeo app, which is available for both iOS and Android devices, as well as Apple TV, Roku and Chromecast. Episodes can be downloaded to mobile devices for offline viewing using the vimeo app. Vimeo supports this service internationally, making it possible for viewing in many countries around the world.
Once a purchase or rental is made, the episode appears in the users vimeo library and can be viewed using the vimeo app or on brotherfrancis.tv once you have logged in to vimeo.com.
By purchasing a VOD (video-on-demand) title, you are allowed unlimited personal access to watch it, anytime, anywhere there is an internet connection. The quality of the video will depend on how fast your internet connection and it is recommended to use a wifi connection for streaming.
For mobile devices, there is an option for offline viewing, so that a title can be downloaded to watch later when there is no internet connection. Vimeo has provided instructions for how to do this with supported devices here.
In order to protect your purchases, vimeo provides a guaranteed 30-days from date of purchase to download them to a personal mobile device. This is not required to view online, but is a measure to take in the event of vimeo being unable to continue to provide this VOD service. Read more about watching Video-on-Demand here.
